During onboarding we'll ask for access to your email account and invoicing software. Everything is kept completely confidential and only used for the tasks we've agreed. Full details are covered in your client contract before we start.

During onboarding you tell us your standard rates, call out charges, and any job specific pricing. We save all of this and use it every time we raise an invoice on your behalf. If anything unusual comes up we'll check with you before sending anything.
